K-FIMS does not see foreign seasonal workers as mere labor. We began this business with the belief that stable employment and the sustainable development of local communities become possible when the dignity and rights of each individual are respected.
We support trust-based cooperation between local governments in Korea and overseas local authorities, and responsibly connect and manage the entire process — from local recruitment and pre-departure training to entry, employment, daily life, safety management, departure, and return home.
In addition, through transparent procedures and accurate information management, we will build a management system that protects workers’ rights and interests, reduces the administrative burden on local governments and employers, and responds swiftly to issues arising in the field.
